Contact enquiries

We receive the name, email address, topic and message you choose to send. When the page URL contains campaign parameters, the form also sends `utm_source`, `utm_medium`, `utm_campaign` and `utm_content` so we can understand which link produced the enquiry. We do not add analytics cookies for this attribution. We use the information to read and answer your enquiry and assess campaign performance. The form also uses limited technical data, including a short-lived rate limit, to prevent abuse. Cyber_Folks hosts the website; our email provider delivers the message to our mailbox. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer and manage the enquiry, subject to applicable legal duties.

Shop orders

WooCommerce collects the contact, billing and delivery information needed to manage your order. Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card numbers. Printoteca receives the product and delivery information needed to produce and dispatch mapped print-on-demand items. Gift orders remain on hold for manual review before production. Read Stripe’s privacy policy and Printoteca’s privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us for access, correction or deletion of personal data held for an enquiry or order by writing to shop@razvanvalceanu.ro. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
