Delivery and returns

Romania delivery is shown at checkout. The current standard courier charge is 3 EUR. A valid TUS gift voucher includes delivery. Printoteca produces, packs and dispatches mapped products after the order is approved for production. Its usual public estimate is 1–5 business days for production plus courier transit.

If something is wrong

Write promptly to shop@razvanvalceanu.ro with your order number and clear photos if the print or garment is wrong or damaged. Personalized products have limited return rights unless they are defective or do not match the order. Do not send a return to our registered office without written instructions.

Before ordering

Check the selected design, colour, size and delivery address in our checkout. Contact us before production if you notice an error. Once production starts, a personalized item may no longer be changeable.
